We’re pleased to announce that our rating on independent customer service review platform, Trustpilot, has increased from 'Great' to 'Excellent'.
Trustpilot is a bit like a shop window. It helps people to see what kind of service they can expect from Good Energy before they join us.
The increase in our average rating to ‘Excellent’ is in a large part down to our amazing Clean Energy Specialists, who work hard to answer all our customers’ questions and help them look after their energy accounts.
Our 'Excellent' rating is the highest it’s ever been since we signed up with Trustpilot in 2017. But we won’t stop there – we’re committed to making our service even better so that we can reach 5 stars.
