Which? UK energy supplier has the best track record on customer service?

We’ve done it again! Good Energy are proud to be the ONLY energy supplier to have achieved a Which? energy company customer satisfaction survey score of 81% or better 5 years in a row.

It’s the kind of reliable performance that any premiership club would be proud of!

The Which? 2016 results once again show how Good Energy continues to lead the industry on consistency of service. We also topped the last three service polls run by Martin Lewis’s Money Saving Expert.

Which? received responses from almost 9,000 UK adults across the country, who rated their energy suppliers on all aspects of their business, from customer service to energy efficiency advice and billing. Companies were ranked according to their customer satisfaction scores and likelihood of recommending their supplier to a friend.

The sheer enthusiasm, and commitment of our wonderful staff have delivered this result for us yet again, and it’s what delivers great service for our customers too. Everyone has worked especially hard this year, but we know we can do even better.
